Eligibility and Authority
You confirm that you are legally authorized and capable of entering into contracts with Mathura Group. Orders or agreements from unauthorized persons may be deemed invalid.

Scope of Services
All services are provided based on mutually agreed contracts, proposals, and designs. Any changes or additions must be formally approved in writing before implementation.

Pricing and Payment Terms
Project costs, fees, and payment schedules will be specified in contracts. Payments must be made as per agreed terms. Failure to pay on time may result in project delays or suspension.

Order Confirmation and Project Initiation
Orders and contracts are confirmed upon receipt of signed agreements and advance payments as specified. Project timelines are dependent on timely client cooperation and payment.

Intellectual Property
All architectural designs, plans, documentation, graphics, and content created by Mathura Group remain our exclusive property. Unauthorized use is prohibited and legally protected.

Liability Limitation
Mathura Group is not liable for indirect or consequential damages due to project delays, client non-compliance, or external factors beyond our control such as natural disasters or force majeure.

Project Termination
Either party may terminate contracts with written notice, subject to settlement of all pending dues and handover of project materials.

Governing Law
These Terms and any disputes are governed by the laws of Tamil Nadu, India. All disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Coimbatore or Chennai.

Amendments
Mathura Group reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions. Continued use of our services after updates indicates acceptance.
