Mathura crafted the showroom experience for Rajshree Ford by aligning the space with Ford’s global brand — using clean surfaces, strong brand elements, and showcase zones for vehicles. They balanced customer lounge, display, sales, and service visibility in a unified design language.
The showroom suffered from poor flow, unclear focal displays, and underutilized waiting zones. Mathura reorganized the floor layout so visitors naturally move over flagship models, then to service or sales zones. Signage clarity, lighting accents, and brand integration improved customer experience, increased dwell time, and reinforced Ford’s premium image.
