Mathura took KFC’s core brand identity and translated it into interior experiences that balanced efficiency and warmth. They integrated signature colors, brand graphics, and functional zones so that the design felt clean, modern, and distinctly KFC — yet localized.
Several outlets suffered from congestion, confusing pathways, and underutilized seating. Mathura reworked circulation paths, reorganized seating zones, and made signage clearer so customers move smoothly. That reduced bottlenecks during peak hours, improved staff workflow, and elevated the dining experience.

Designing spaces that inspire, endure, and evolve with those who inhabit them to functionality, aesthetic longevity, and the human experience.
